I have regrettably been a member of this medical group for at least two years now. Worst service I have ever received from a medical group. Totally fumbled their portal change last year, new portal is worse, no communication about the change to the portal only a surprise in ability to access the older portal and then having to figure out what's going on. Brown and Tolland incorrectly overbilled me with an erroneous CPT billing codes, then refused to correct it

The SF office is near to my house, was hoping to find a local GP. But I give up, this place is shockingly a bad experience, don't bother. I waited 2 months for an appointment for an annual physical because I was a "new client" but could only see a Medical Assistant who referred me to a cardiac specialist. When I met with the cardiac specialist, he said it was ridiculous that I had been referred. Other fun stuff: When you call, no one answers. Phone rings for a while, puts you on hold then dumps you into a VM. I've left VMs b... read more
