Best part of this medical group is the weeks you end up waiting around trying to get approval to see a specialist. You will eventually lose your job due to how slow their healthcare is and hence lose this terrible insurance.
Altais recently took over my PCP medical group. With one day notice migrated all patients to a useless portal. DID NOT TRANSFER OUR MEDICAL RECORDS to the new portal! called customer "support" who advised that they had "no support" for our portal and could answer no questions. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
If I could give them zero stars I would. I was on the phone with Anthem for almost an hour to then get transferred to Brown and Toland to be told that I needed to contact Sutter Health and then call Brown and Toland back. Other companies would call the other providers and link us so everyone is on the same page. Useless customer service and I am very disappointed that Anthem uses them.
Run don't walk from Altais Medical Group and the providers that belong to Altais! The Altais platform collects decades of data from outside providers without your permission. At the time of a Brown & Toland dr's appt, that office will get you into their portal. No opt outs which are required by CCPA privacy law, almost impossible to even find Altais privacy policies.
