Since Altais took over Brown & Toland, they've ruined a formerly good practice. Altais Medical Group excels in wasting patients time. My advice is if you've other healthcare options, take them! Your time will be far better spent with other available providers.
The reviews are true. Good luck trying to get through to a "customer service" agent. I called around 10 in the morning and remained on hold for 20 minutes before finally allowing them to "hold my place" in line. I thought I might get a call in an hour or so. Guess what? Someone didn't call me back until 3:51PM. Of course by then I had given up and tried to resolve the matter myself. I am actively trying to figure out how to leave this group while being able to stay with my current provider.
