Saddened by the service this time. I was sold a tire a week ago. Had a slow leak and had to take it to another shop to look at it (I was out of town). They couldn’t find a leak other than a slow leak around the bead. The bead was bad on the tire and it wouldn’t hold air. I brought the tire back and was told Brown’s was not responsible, because I had the tire removed from the rim. I was told the rim was dirty and whoever put the tire on might have sealed it incorrectly or it might have picked up a nail. The guy who sold me th... read more
