Gave 50 percent down payment and 3 and a half months later, no work has been done. Many excuses, sub contractors blamed, minimal communication, calls not returned. Finally demanded the down payment back. After initial refusal to do so it was returned and the job was cancelled. Roof still leaks

Had an appointment for 11 today. As I was leaving a little after 12 they pulled in my driveway. Told them I had to leave and would have to go with a more reliable company. They were very rude and told me they didn’t want me as a customer anyway.
DO NOT HIRE!!!Had to Hire a Lawyer to Get my Deposit back after waiting 10 Months for a roof after, I was Told by Jerome it was going to be 6-8 Weeks, then 3 months go by, then it’s next week, next week came and Nothing. Called and asked for Money and they came up with any excuse they could find each time, then they quite answering completely. And this was July of 2024 and just received my money May of 2025
Professional, friendly, down to earth people. The jobs they are doing for me are windows and a roof. The windows will be started sometime next week, and the roof will be done the week after. After the jobs are completed, I can give a more comprehensive review.
