Do not do business with this company! I signed a contract with them to get a roof done in April 2025 and gave them money down, it is now December 2025 and have had to take them to small claims court. Jerome, one of the owners lies on the phone and directly to your face on what's happening. Told me numerous times they now cant do the job and he would get the money back to me. Do not give this company a dime or do business with them.
Called and asked for an estimate. Told me they would call me back to schedule. Followed up with them a few days later and seemed like they didnt care and still didnt schedule. Went with another company.
They need to find a way to give negative stars...then I would give them 5 negative. They used to have a good reputation but it seems this year many people report they are taking deposits and not doing the work and not returning the deposits either. This is fraud and apparently will require legal action. They do not answer the phone, return calls or emails. They have had $10,000 of mine since spring and are not returning it. If they owe you money watch out. I doubt they'll be around much longer.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Like others here, we have a signed contract from April 2025, but six months later the work hasn't been started or completed. We asked for a refund in mid-October, which they said we would get by November 1. We're still waiting! Buyer beware! Protect yourself from this comany! It's sad that the veteran who started this business was an honorable man but those who run the business now can't be trusted.
Gave 50 percent down payment and 3 and a half months later, no work has been done. Many excuses, sub contractors blamed, minimal communication, calls not returned. Finally demanded the down payment back. After initial refusal to do so it was returned and the job was cancelled. Roof still leaks
