This group of installers were without doubt very professional and knowledgeable. They were courteous and friendly. They continuously cleaned any mess made and when final cleanup was finished, they asked if there was anything more they could do and if I was pleased with their work. The team came in and made themselves available for any concerns or questions I may have for them before saying goodbye. I am very happy with their job and knowledge. I am pleased.
I would give them a 10 out of 10.
Patrick was great! He was knowledgeable, kind, and very patient with me since I know nothing about HVAC. He explained everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. I really appreciated how easy he made the whole process.
He was very courteous and professional. Not too mention knowledgeable. He got right to it, diagnosed the issue explained it to me and told me a peice and fixed the issue.
