Jayson was great. On time, very personable and did great work. I was very comfortable having him in the house. Some areas of our carpet took a beating with a couple larger dogs. And he never made me feel embarrassed of the stains. The carpet looks better than I thought it could. I had been trying to clean it myself and didn’t get close to the clean Jayson did. The house smells great and the carpet feels so good under my feet. I will certainly be calling on him again! Thanks!
Jayson knows what he is doing when it comes to cleaning carpet and upholstery. He is the best! A big shout out to Brown's Carpet for the donation to SOWIC! The kids love the carpet!
We have used Brown’s Carpet Cleaning for years. We have Berber Carpet in a very busy family room. From many kids, Hawaiian Punch, coffee, mud, overactive 🐶 💩 & everything else..... Jason always gets it clean. He has extended the life of this carpet for many, many years. I highly recommend him.

I’m very disappointed in how things turned out. Browns was used to install carpet into our new home. 1- the measurements were off. 2- wrong padding was installed. 3- no padding was installed on our top steps. 4- they marked up the trim and took a chunk out of a piece of it. 5- they did not clean up after themselves. 6- has to go with my 3rd pick of carpet but still was charged for the first. 7-still no call from Marlin the owner. They did something’s to attempt to justify there mistakes along the way but there’s to many. I w... read more
I have used Brown's for many years, but now have laminate floors. However, my couches had endured many years of teenage boys using them as beds. Jayson came out and is so friendly and knowledgeable! They now look like the day we bought them and smell so fresh!! Miss the boys but sure am happy to have clean furniture. Thanks Browns!!
