I am not sure how this place stays in business. I called them like 15 times. I talked to a guy that said he would come out and look at my roof. He never showed up, Ghosted me. And now they will not even call me back. I ended up going to another roofing company. Not sure what i did that was so wrong. Will never call Brown roofing again.

This father and son company impressed us from day one. Luke (the son) handled himself like a true professional when he came to give a free estimate. He introduced himself with a firm handshake and took plenty of time to explain and suggest roofing options, as well as answer our questions. Their estimate came in very fair as compared to the other companies we spoke to, and it included hand nailing (which was a huge plus). Cannot say enough great things about this company! From the first phone call, they were a fantastic group. After overview of the roof, assessing the damage, they gave us a quote that couldn't be beat. Not only were they patient with us as we looked over the contract, they were there to answer any questions we had. Onto the work: they were professional, timely and quick. Brown Roofing was amazing! I had storm damage on my roof and my roof was leaking. They came out the same day I called to assess the damage and patch the hole until my insurance company could process my claim. They were super communicative and efficient. They repaired my roof in one afternoon. Left no mess and cleaned up everything. The entire crew were down to earth, professional, and personable. I highly recommend them! Ty and his crew are fantastic!

I called Brown Roofing regarding a concern about a leak. I was worried that I was going to have a large expense figuring that the entire roof was going to have to be replaced. Ty came out in a very timely manor for the inspection. I was pleased the he said not only could be repaired, but a a very reasonable cost! He explained everything in terms that I could understand and was very pleasant and professional. I will definitely be calling them when it comes time for a new roof!
