Lied and took equipment Owner lied several times about 'legal requirements' to take old unit and charge a $100 fee for disposal. After I call all 3 regulatory agencies he quoted (at different times of course) I told him not to take the unit. He took the unit anyways. Had to call the Police and file a stolen article report. He is a liar, and thief.
