In general just a poor experience. Would not recommend.
Horrid, bad tempered old man. When I list my house in order to downsize later this year I'll be sure to go somewhere else.
Do not do business with this man. He is a hateful unpleasant person that takes advantage of people.
I've known Jim for many years he's honest man and very fair.
