Very professional, easy going and good work experience
We just moved to Fayetteville from Florida and Kelly Blake has been amazing!!!! I had so many questions and wanted to make sure i had everything straight before verifying on coming up here! She answered all my questions and made sure i understood everything about the process! It has been a very smooth transition and we really appreciate her
I would never recommend Blown Property Management based on my experience. After spending thousands of dollars preparing my property, they immediately asked for more money before they would even list it. It then took nearly four months to find a tenant. Once the tenant moved in, I approved about $1,800 in repairs. They ended up spending roughly $4,500 before asking me to cover the difference. Since I couldn't, they withheld my rental income. First of all, it's HIGHLY unethical to have an employee write a review for the company that she works for as if it comes from a tenant or homeowner. When Chelsie Coffey wrote this review she worked for the company (it is still being used). I have copies of Maggie Craynor's family leaving reviews, but they may have been deleted due to me reporting them.
