I'm writing this review because I am very disappointed. Maggie Cranor of Brown Property Group Management did not meet my expectations. The location of my property was listed incorrectly on various rental platforms such as Zillow, Trulia, etc... I told Maggie of this issue and she stated she will correct it within 24 hrs. Week one of a twelve-month lease. Moved in on November 26th, 2025. No heat in the site or inside the first house ever rented. 55 -56 degrees indoors. Minimum response given. Ultimately, told to provide receipts to be reimbursed $150 towards next month's rent. On December 1st, this month's rent was subtracted efficiently. Still no heat. Who wants to unpack in the cold?
