These people are the definition of lazy. Deal with another business when looking for a home. They love tacking on extra fees and wont lift a finger to help in any way. All inspections and water tests came out of my pocket before closing. If I didnt want the property as bad as I did I would have walked away. Very unprofessional and undereducated. I'm still getting cut off notices from utility companies from 4 years ago in their name. These guys are a joke.
MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER! NO STARS!!!! If any banks and or buyers or sellers looking for this "so called" Realtor to handle your business think twice!! Absolutely NO communication skills, NO sense of urgency and very unprofessional with no spelling skills. Move on to another Realtor... seriously!!!!
