Called and got an apt same day! Knowledgeable, did the job clean. Will be using them again in the future.
Long story short. I was told a clogged sewer line coming from our residental property would take 4-5 hours of work at $180.00 an hour plus $120.00 call out fee..... so less than $1,000.00. It took Brian four hours to complete and I was charged nearly $3,400.00! Completely manipulative business practices and the owner Steve Poirier nor worker Brian Michaels will own up to their shady ways. So I called Brown plumbing 2 days ago they were supposed to come out pump my septic and inspect my leech lines it's 2 days later they still haven't showed up and are not sure if they are gonna it's Friday and they charge overtime on the weekend had to call another company very poor management very poor service especially when they lie to you and tell you they're going to be there very unprofessional
We called Brown Plumbing to install a toilet. They were quick to show up and had it done in about 20 mins. Shortly after they left, we noticed the toilet had been installed incorrectly. We called Browns repeatedly with no callback. Eventually, after three weeks, the installer returned our call and said he would be out to fix it and never showed up. We now have a toilet that has been installed incorrectly and flushed $500 down the toilet. I would avoid this business.
