They showed up on time, but they brought the wrong pan for their new water heater. After trying to use my old rust pan only to find it would not work they had to leave to get the correct part. When they returned the “new guy” that was in training completely removed the drain plug from the old water heater causing a small flood that got into my walls and carpet. Steve from Brown Plumbing certainly stepped forward for us! We were having trouble with our well and decided to connect to county water. We contacted Steve and he made sure that his guys were available throughout the entire process. Bobby, one of his techs, did an outstanding job everytime he was here.
