We did the Afternoon Tea at the Palace. The service was fantastic and the staff were all amazing. One gripe I have though would be the pricing. We had a table of 5 adults and one little one under two. The price hit $500+ for what really didn't feel like a $500 experience. The food was good as was the tea, but the whole this did not feel like it should have cost that much.
We had an incredible experience at The Brown Palace. It is a historic hotel full of character and life! We enjoyed breakfast in the atrium both days we were there. The staff were all great even if the service was a bit slow at times. We had the chance to do high tea and I’m kicking myself we didn’t do it. We had a drink at Ship Tavern which is so cool because there are many model ships that are over 100 years old. We also had a drink and a cigar at the Palace Arms bar & cigar lounge. Great place to stay for downtown activities. Lots of hot spots for coffee or dinner within a quick walk. Beautiful architecture. Love the atrium. Parking is an issue (as with any place in DT Denver). The hotel has valet service for a fee, so we paid 35ish bucks to park for a day and half around the corner in the 1670 ramp, which was just fine (about a three minute walk).
