Very poor stay. The rooms are shabby and run down. Our room had no hot water in the shower and no heating. We called the front desk and were told maintenance would come take a look, but no one ever came. I would not recommend this property and will not be staying here again.

Very disappointing experience at the Brown Palace. When we arrived, the air conditioner in our room was blasting nonstop, and there was no way to turn it off. The room was 61 degrees, and you could literally feel cold air coming through the gap around the door. We called the front desk for help, and they sent someone to the room. His solution was simply to unplug the air conditioner. Somewhat dated rooms. Secret charges: $35 upon check-in, $66 valet (required valet. No self parking) $15 WiFi fee. I explained to the front desk that I should receive free wifi, as I’m a Bonvoy member. Front desk refused to give me free wifi, just told me those are the rules; it’s $15/day for wifi. I’ll absolutely never be coming back to this dump.

I couldn’t find this place before, but thanks to a TikTok video, I finally found it. If I could give this place negative ten stars, I absolutely would. About a year ago, my dad and I went to this hotel to take photos of a couple who were getting married. Everything was going well.
