Paid upfront for pool electrical work and outlets around our patio/pool area. Communication seemed fine at first, but after repeated promises over the course of nearly two years, the work was never completed. I reached out multiple times by text asking when they could finish before the patio was permanently locked in, and kept getting told someone would stop out “tomorrow” or “soon.” Nobody ever came.
