Took my car in for a broken sunroof glass repair and there were still pieces of glass on my seats and floor when it was returned... I was cool with them not washing my vehicle but at least vaccum up the glass..
One of the worst service teams I’ve even seen. They are so quick to jump to conclusions. Even without seeing or knowing what’s going on. Then when they find out what is really going on they act like nothing was happened
I went to the Brown Nissan Body Shop for my Toyota because it's State Farm's preferred shop, and I'm glad I did. Rudy was very easy to work with, and is a real nice guy.
