This complaint is directly related to the poor service at Brown Motors in Petoskey. This is not a new problem when taking your car in to get serviced. I had actually had quit going there 6 years ago and stopped buying vehicles by Ford, Chrysler just because of the service. But my daughter purchased a jeep commander and the HVAC drain was plugged and was leaking on the passenger floor. we actually took it to a Chevy dealer to have them look at it.
