Recently, Brown Motors went above and beyond for me: When my car got mice that ate the wiring, they told me to bring it or have it towed in, but once I did, they realized the problem wasn’t small, and they couldn’t work on it until I had it fully detailed. Sounds rough but the best part is: They let me keep it at their shop for the detailing. So I wouldn’t have to have it towed all over town again. Without charging me! Highly recommend Brown Motors! I had an issue with my 2024 F150 on a trip back from the West side of the country, as I was going past Brown Motors location. They were extremely responsive and helpful with my truck issue so I could carry on my way for the last 10 hrs of my trip. If they had not stayed late on a Saturday to help me I would have been stranded till Monday. Thanks again!
