"I am new to the area by about 6 months. I had a difficult time finding a shop to work on Volkswagens. Finally when I called Brown, they were very friendly and of course took care of my issue. They also did some other checking which brought about a few other potential problems. This is a good service, but be prepared to open your wallet. The labor is cheaper than the dealership, but higher than a shop on the corner. But if you have a higher end car, the corner shop might not work on it or do so properly.
