I've had another ABSOLUTELY amazing experience at Brown's Motor Works! This business is truly an example of Superior Customer Service. Marcus and Keith continues to give an over and beyond customer experience. I'm still not use to getting a very detailed inspection summary with the pictures attached of what's going on with the car and also with the technician who worked on your vehicle. RecommendedFantastic work from Brown Motor Works! I have a 99 ML320, and needed a lot of work done on it (new cat converter, spark plugs, fluids, oil pan(s) gaskets, tire rotation) and didn't want to take it to another independent mechanic who charged me premium and put cheap parts on. There were some complications due to my vehicle having torsion bar springs (which are rare on most Mercedes), but the staff here were understanding and worked with me to solve those issues. They do excellent work. Randall and Marcus are very knowledgeable in identifying what's needed for services and repairs. It good to know when you have a dependable service repair shop you can rely upon for help. Also their turn around time for services and repair is great.
A shout out to Keith and the boys at Brown Motor Works for a great experience. I brought my 2011 535i in for an annual service (oil and filters plus a general going over). I brought my own AMSOIL synthetic for them to use. The price was reasonable, everyone there was friendly, they finished up the service and even washed the car for me at no charge! I highly recommend them for your high-end luxury car.
My recent experience with service on my 2013 Mercedes E350 at Brown Motor Works on Clemson was outstanding. Marcus waited on me at the counter and he was great. Randall, the general manager, could not have been more professional. The work was excellent and done in a timely fashion. A couple of weeks ago, they worked on my Volvo and also did excellent work with great service. Highly recommend BMW.
I recently had to have a very serious repair completed on my 128i right before Thanksgiving... I was worried because there were so many factors to figure out! I called the shop, spoke with Mike and by the time I actually brought the car in for work...he had me a free...free...free loaner car...I was able to still enjoy my holiday and weekend!
