Bad experience, do not recommend. Avoid if possible.
We had a very positive experience at the Brown Medicine Travel Clinic. From setting up our initial appointment, to the friendly greeting, to our very helpful and informative consultation with Dr. Gordon, and finally to our travel vaccinations, the care was very efficient and professional. We plan to return should we need more information and/or travel vaccines. Highly recommended!
Never received a phone call back to book an appointment.
I should have checked reviews beforehand. They force you to see a doctor, try to tell you you need vaccines that you don't, don't disclose prices, and then charge you a service fee in addition. They make you pay for each part separately so you are vested already. When I argued the cost because literally was charged double for the vaccine with my daughter then I had paid going to cvs, they said I had the right to decline the shot after they had already made me pay the doctor fee.
