They use flex duct. That’s the reason they have good reviews. They use cheap materials so people think they get a good deal. Do not fall for this, get a company that installs aluminum ductwork. My system is less than 5 years old and cannot cool my house more than 9°. So for example if it is 90° outside my house will never get below 81°. I paid over $10k for a new system and when I call them for help they say it’s the Tennessee heat- that’s why my AC can’t keep up.
My go to HVAC company for the last ten years. They always take care of me and repairs are fair. Never try to upsell or overcharge.
