Dr. Brown & Staff are excellent! I have been a patient there since June. The care I have been shown by each & every one of the staff was professional, compassionate and timely. Dr Brown truly cares for her patients and takes the time to listen ! I had several different procedures and was amazed at her skill and bedside manner! Also very impressed with Safety Harbor Surgery Center. Thank you all for your superior Care!

This used to be my doctor for over 2 years. When her office staff had an overhaul, appointments were messed up, authorizations were misplaced and I'd have day patiently waiting for my injection, only to be told to come back another time! Then get a call two hours later saying "we !are a mistake, we found your authorizations, come back in!" Like heck! If you're under stress while you're in pain and who isn't, the doc will tell you to go see a psychiatrist! Four failed spinal fusons?? RIGHT!

Dr Brown would ask a question and then interrupt me before I could answer. Then I would have to correct her. The result was incorrect information in her office notes. When I asked that they be changed I was told by her staff that "it would be against the law" for them to change it and the only way to change it would be to make another appointment. 2 of my calls were not returned (I had a question to clarify something the dr. had said). Again, was told I would have to make a new appointment.

Did nothing to help with chronic pain. Waited 2 hrs. Would not recommend

I would never send a loved one to this provider. I've been seeing this doctor for six months and the only thing she's been consistent with is taking my money. Everything is due up front. It took her five months to listen to me and actually locate the source of my pain. Their office staff is just plain rude and incompetent. They tried to tell me it takes 48 hours for them to obtain authorization for radiology imaging. Its a twenty minute phone call with evicore that can be approved same day. SMH!

I just got out of the hospital. I have a huge lesion on my spine due to multiple injections from years ago at this office. Workers Comp Ins. sucks and beware the needle to your spine, you might regret it later. Beware the Workers' Comp doctor......Who owns you?

I waited over 1 hour then I saw a young girl who took my information. I was asked to take X-rays even though I brought them MRI and Cat scans. I questioned because I saw a review that stated they try to make you do X-ray unnessesarily. Finally Dr Brown comes in for 30 seconds doesn't even let me talk.. When I question wether she looked at scans She gave me vague answer. She said she would schedule me for MRI but Iwas unsure she understood what referring doc wanted..I did not go ahead with shot

I have treated with Dr. Brown since approximately 2005 as well as my husband. For a serious injury, I began in 2009. When the actual surgeon that injured me did nothing, it was Dr. Brown who rescued me. For the review by the person who stated Dr. Brown was not knowledgeable about medication, obviously just did not get what they wanted from her. She cares about the safety of her patients and that means doing what is in their best jnterest, and not loading them up on heavy narcotics.

You are forced to have enough x-rays to make her a bundle and so many it could give you cancer, even if you bring a recent MRI. No time to input the info you fill out or take any history, rushed, spends no time with you. Gives unhealthy cortisone shots, but no pain meds. No knowledge of pain meds. or safe withdrawal from them. Advised procedure that would have killed me. In business for money only. Huge waste of time and money just to be insulted by such "care".
