I did a review in March and gave one star because I called three times and wasn't called back. I don't understand why that happened but I finally got a call from his office and called back and got an appointment. I tried to delete the review but I couldn't. I went to my appointment today for X - Rays and an exam and it was fine.
He is the BEST dentist in the world. I have seen Dr. Brown for a lot of work and he has treated me great. The staff are the best.
I haven't received treatment from this doctor but I was referred to Dr. Brown by Refine Dental on March 5th, 2025. I called two times and left a message and they haven't called me back. They deserve 0 stars for being so disrespectful.
If you need a periodontist" Do Not go to this Clown" !!! I recommend seeing Dr. Hyatt in viewmont, he is a real periodontist, not like" So called Doctor Brown". His staff broke a crown of mine during a root scaling. Dr. Brown, said his staff did not do this, when the Xrays clearly showed different ! I had the crown replaced, it cost me 1150.00.
