Brown Honda was very prompt in contacting me about the 2018 civic coupe. John cheung sent me personalized videos showing me the inside and outside of the specific car I was looking for, which I found very interesting. It made me feel like that were really interested in my satisfaction. The staff were helpful and very friendly with good sense of humor. Left with my new car and couldn’t be happier.
Salesman was fine and I bought the car, but, I will never return or recommend Brown because AFTER we agreed to price and terms...THEN the sales says the EPA mandated water based paint used since 2013 meant I either could choose to an extra thousand dollar Polysteel coating OR watch my exterior deteriorate. I felt this tactic was underhanded.
The vehicle was already sold but they still responded quickly
Good online communication. Straightforward about the stop sale on a vehicle that was pending a recall fix and didn’t try to get me to come in to buy something that they couldn’t sell me. I felt like my time was respected. Thanks again!
