Charged me $100 for caulking a tiny section of my roof, which did not even fix the leak issue i had. Also never told me how bad my roof actually was until I had someone else come and they told me i needed a brand new roof.
Sorry I had to leave a crap review, but once Paul got paid haven't heard anything, left a big can of nasty shingles and nails throughout our property 👎👎👎👎👎 nothing like flat tires due to pure LAZINESS
We had Brown Home Improvement install a new roof earlier this year (2024). It is a rare experience to find a contractor who is not only a professional, but displays the type of integrity we experienced with Paul and his crew. The communication was timely, courteous and sincere. The work was performed with attention to detail and a clean worksite daily. Having dealt with many contractors over the years, I would recommend Paul Brown and his crew without reservation.
Called for repair on my dads roof. Wanted to use local. He came out the same day. Was able to do the repair for an exceptionally reasonable price! If I need him again would definetly call! Thank you I appreciate you being honest and not taking advantage of an elderly person.
