If you’re could leave more stars I would! Brown’s had been taking care of my unit for years, and they always are speedy, efficient and reasonable. They are friendly and professional . They care about their customers and getting the job done right. It’s a blessing to have them in our community!
Browns installed our new system 8 years ago and did a great job. Their service for the few issues we’ve had has been quick and very affordable. Highly recommend Brown Heating & Cooling.
Brown's has serviced all of our air and heat needs for 18 years, but today, I saw something wonderful. We ahve a dear neighbor with dementia, and when Brown's showed up to fix her heat, she was so confused and didn't know what was going on. But he was so kind and warm and genuinely caring, explaining who he was and why he was there multiple times, he got down next to her chair and held her hand and chatted with her like she was his own grandmother. Simply wonderful.!
I would not use this company ,they cancelled on me last minute and now i have to wait 3 more days in this 97 degree heat with no air because they canceled last minute and my insurance company cannot find another company and it didnt even matter to the guy that im a heart patient and on heart medication, he just said its to far of a drive ,so if you have a loved one with medical conditions dont risk there life with calling this place
