We called them in the middle of an atrocious heat wave & they came out immediately same day. The tech was polite & got to work right away. He diagnosed the issue, discussed payment & replaced the part that needed replacement & cleaned the hoses & filter in the outside area. He came in after and mentioned his company had installed it, (7 yrs ago, I had forgotten) and checked to see if it was still under warranty, and it was, so we only had to pay for the labor!!
