I am very disappointed in the company. I was visited by a comfort care consultant named Andrew after having a small leak assessed above a bedroom in my home. The ceiling drywall had a small stain from water and I had Brown's check into it. The assessment and recommendation from Andrew was that my AC units were no longer working efficiently and not properly removing humidity from the air, causing the leak on my ceiling from above. Everything is working
This is a good outfit with helpful office staff (kudu's to Susan) and good technicians - I appreciate you, Austin and Don! Today, at 2:30pm, the AC went out. Susan managed to get a tech set up for an evening service call. Austin was thorough, showed and explained his findings well, then got things running for just the cost of the service call. Impressive.
