Jason Collins arrived promptly to perform the quarterly servicing of our AC equipment. As his colleagues have done in the past, he was diligent and professional in assessing, cleaning, and verifying that all was well. He cleaned the Lennox unit that sits outside, ensuring a summer of coolness. He suggested some necessary servicing/cleaning of the blower fan/motor and this will be scheduled soon. I will continue to use and highly recommend Brown Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. Jason was very thorough and took time to explain anything he found that may become an issue. Jason offered several remedies to keep my AC in good condition. I appreciate the extra time he took to show me what to look for to avoid future problems.
Jason did an excellent job of servicing our A/C and replacing the UV bulb. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in his work ethic. Highly recommended!
