My experience with this company was incredibly AMAZING!!! I had the pleasure of having Joey and Travis as my technicians and they were hands down the best techs I’ve encountered(SERIOUSLY) The communication, professionalism and flexibility is unmatched. My power was disconnected due to my meter can overheating and needing to be replaced and I contacted this company. No issue with the tech, or ability or services. Their predatory pricing I do have an issue with. They tried to charge my single mother-in-law over $400 to clear a clogged drain line. That takes some chlorox, a snake, and about 10mins. They also tried to sign her up for some recurring maintenance subscription. Watch out for your loved ones that are susceptible.
I genuinely wanted to do business with Brown Heating & Cooling, but unfortunately the communication and follow-through caused me to take my business elsewhere. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, care and quality of service that I have consistently received from the Brown Heating, Cooling & Plumbing team. This year has been what feels like one HVAC or plumbing failure after another and they always respond timely. Every technician has been compassionate, kind and extremely knowledgable.
I’m very impressed with the service provided by Brown Heating & Cooling, technician Stuart Bragg provided maintenance service to our HVAC system. His arrival time was accurate and traceable via the app. Stuart provided useful information related to system upgrades without undue sales pressure. I enjoy Brown’s maintenance plans because the cost is within my budget therefore reducing financial stress. I highly recommend hiring Brown Heating & Cooling Company.
