Very unhappy
Thank you so much for your prompt response to getting my AC working this morning! The guys were super nice and had things fixed in about an hr or shorter. I’m comfortable and cool!
This was once a good company but the new customer service (Kamron, assistant manager) has very bad customer service skills. She doesn’t like answering questions concerning the fees ($5.60 credit card, debit card and etc) that are charged when paying a bill with a card as well as she’s just rude. Whenever you ask can you speak to the manager, she tells you that she’s out of town so you’re going to have to deal with her. These people are great! The service men are good and friendly. They do all of my AC work.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I repeat do not use this company. Horrible customer service! This man Mr.Brown does not know what he’s doing or all he cares about is having a good relationship with Choice home warranty to get more business. This man went to my disabled brother in laws house and wrote up a bogus paperwork so that the warranty company didn’t have to pay!
