I have been a patient at the Pontiac location for a considerable number of years. As healthcare providers, their approach is comprehensive and patient-focused. Providers and office staff’s communication with patients is outstanding. The only additional thing I would like to see after the renovation of the building, is better signage at the entrance to the parking lot. I receive exceptional service from the medical staff at this new facility location. Doctors and/or PAs are readily available to evaluate chronic & semi-urgent physical issues and provide logical medical direction actions / analysis to identify root cause and corrective action via subsequent testing or referral to exceptional medical specialists. I've been going to BHMGPC for over 30 years - you'll be in good hands.
Our family has been going to Coastal Medical since they were on Park Avenue back in the old days. We have been with the same PCP at Coastal forever since our previous PCP retired a long, long, time ago. They take excellent care of our family. We have a great relationship with the entire team at Coastal and we can reach out any time we have a problem.
