Dr Larsen and Yuliana are an awesome. Yuliana is sharp, efficient, and relentlessly cheerful. Grateful for this team.
This clinic has completely fallen off the map. I used to consider this a five-star facility when I was under the care of the previous physician, who was experienced, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to be a doctor. Since he left, the quality of care hasn't just slipped—it has plummeted. Terrible extortionist practice. Zero transparency. Generates phony upcharges, refuses to provide proof of charges or billing codes, directs only to wrong departments and has me talking to AI through their portal or receptionists who cannot answer simple questions and are apparently trained in diversion and lying. I'm a patient of Kim Propert. I always have so many questions and have a bit of anxiety about everything from weird symptoms to aging. She's a gem. Very straightforward and thorough with her answers. I'm thankful to be in her care.
The staff at Brown Health Primary Care is friendly and helpful. I was able to get an appointment with Kimberly Propert on the day that I called. Kimberly really listened to my concerns, examined me, ordered the necesssary tests and discussed next steps. I feel confident that she will help me find the cause of the problems I'm having.
