I received a referral to this place from my PCP in July 2025, I called to make an appointment the same day. It took me three attempts to get someone on the phone and they weren’t super friendly. Very short with me, as if I was bothering them. At the end of it all, their soonest appointment for new patients was February 2026. I took it. As we get closer to my appt date I receive a call from them asking me to confirm my insurance. I realize not only do I need to do this, but I need to reschedule. Called last week to make an appointment was told someone would reach back out to me. Never received a call. Called back this week just for the representative to be rude unprofessional and then hang up the phone in a disregarding way. I've been going to this dermatology clinic for years under Dr Jennie Muglia not sure when this representative started working there but she needs some professional training. I will be reaching up the chain of command to make a complaint

This place is a complete joke. I show up for my appointment 20 minutes early so I can fill out paperwork. I’m not only did the receptionist pretty much ignored me when I first got there now mind you I was the only person in there, but she was too busy on her phone texting and it took me about 15 seconds of saying hello to get her attention for her to only told me that my doctor wasn’t even there That they had called me to cancel the appointment, which I never received a phone call or a voice message. Every doctor, nurse, student and scheduler are very considerate. Great care!!!
