We were living 2 hours away during our recent build with BHH and worried about not being able to be onsite very often (not to mention all the horror stories we were hearing about building a new home) BUT there was no reason to worry! Very disappointed in our dealings with this company. They gave us one cost in writing and then increased it by several thousand dollars. The blame was placed on a salesperson who then was fired. We were trying to help our granddaughter purchase a house from these people. Three round trips were made only to hear from another salesperson “We don’t negotiate,,” regardless of what we were given in writing. We built a BH home approximately a 1 1/2 years ago, as with any new build there’s going to be issues. That being said , the final level of happiness falls on the warranty department’s shoulders. We fortunately had Troy working in our behalf, with all the problems he faced, work force, getting materials in our troubled times, he pulled it off.He never let up till he knew we were 100% satisfied.Troy, Thank You for your perseverance and professionalism.
