We had an amazing experience with Brown Haven Homes, especially during the design selection’s day with our designer Claire! She provided us with great insight and options that will make our home perfect. The showroom was beautiful and gave us great visuals of our options.
Claire was great to work with while we were designing our home. She patiently walked us through all of the options we were considering and gave us some great tips on what color and material combinations would work best. We can't wait for our new home to be completed later this year!
Working with Claire during our design process has been a great experience. She has been patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my MANY questions along the way. She never made us feel rushed or like we were asking too much. She took the time to explain our options, helped us work through the details, and was always friendly and professional. Claire what's our design specialist? And she was outstanding, she knew what she was talking about. She was very helpful and she was a lot of fun. We were there for several hours. We flew in just to do our design picks, and she made it well worth our while and was very knowledgeable. In what she does, and we appreciate all of her time that she spent with us
I must give special thanks to Claire. I cannot even begin to describe the level of customer service she has provided my wife and I throughout the pre-building process. The whole Brownhaven team has just been fantastic. They take care of it all! This has been the easiest building process I have ever experienced.
