Tengo una hora esperando por una receta que no mandaron a la farmacia ...regrese para recoger la receta para ir a la farmacia mas cercana a mi casa y despues de mucho rato mi esposa se acerca a preguntar si la receta ya esta lista y dicen que ya la mandaron y otra vuelta a la farmacia perdi 2 horas de mi tiempo por la negligencia de estas personas
Today I didn’t like the way they treated me, very bad service. I had to wait in the waiting room for almost 2 hours when there was people who came after me getting attended already. We had to tell them 2 times for them to attend us the first time it was in the one hour mark and the second time it was at the one hour and 45 minute mark, good thing we told them because we would’ve had to wait there for longer until they noticed that we were here since 9:45.
