Been our doctor for years! All 4 of my children love him.
Faxed paperwork & insurance the day prior, confirmed appointment was at 11:30, arrived at 11 only to be told that our apt was at 11 and we could not be seen because we were late. Even though they had all the information the day prior and we drove over 2 hours and took off work to see this specific doctor. It does not take but 5 min to verify insurance & since the office had all information the day prior it should not have been difficult and we should have been able to be seen.
