I saw some cracks in my brick and called brown to do an evaluation and give me a quote if something need to be fixed … The person they sent just did a visual inspection and was ready with the quote .. I had to ask him to look around the house to see if there are any other issues and at my insistence he did a visual inspection again and said they need to install 4 beams to fix the issue and the cost is $6400 and $500 would be charged immediately and the rest post the repair … no tools was used during the evaluation … I was no... read more
Had a great experience with Brown Foundation, specifically Phillip. Had him come check out my crawl space for moisture, because a section of my wood floors are cupping a bit. Phiilip showed up, evaluated the entirety of my crawl space and gave me detailed feedback on what was needed to fix the issue. Turns out it was a small plumbing issue that should cost WAY less to repair than I originally feared. A great experience from start to finish. Kevin did a professional and thorough evaluation and the crew led by Abner Hernandez worked in incredibly hot weather to finish the job on time. They replaced beams and joists, added piers and built a drainage system for my older home. The staff is also professional.
