So far, Brown Fertility has been a complete and utter waste of our time. Despite having amazing insurance coverage, and Brown Fertility “accepting” our insurance, Brown Fertility will not submit any requests for procedure coverage to our insurance. They’re demanding that we pay for all procedures out of pocket and then get reimbursed later. From everything I’ve read, this is not legal. Aside from Hannah Hart there is not a single competent person in the entire office. No one ever answers the phone either, no call backs, or they’ll answer and hang up with you. It started off about 2 years ago they had me do the genetic testing, then send the labs to a provider outside of my network. I get billed for $1500, they don’t inform me they are out of my network. I had a very difficult experience with Brown Fertility that I feel others should be aware of. A lot of hidden fees. Zero of doctor attention. I had to wait for a month after every cycle to actually talk to the doctor. And yes, the doctor was late for each of these appointments for over an hour. During my IVF cycle, there were critical points where doctor was not available, and no substitute physician was provided.
