Aside from Hannah Hart there is not a single competent person in the entire office. No one ever answers the phone either, no call backs, or they’ll answer and hang up with you. I had a very difficult experience with Brown Fertility that I feel others should be aware of. A lot of hidden fees. Zero of doctor attention. I had to wait for a month after every cycle to actually talk to the doctor. And yes, the doctor was late for each of these appointments for over an hour. During my IVF cycle, there were critical points where doctor was not available, and no substitute physician was provided. Zero respect! Had an appointment at 11:00 waited for an hour and Dr. brown never showed up to appointment!
I unfortunately missed a call and The lady who picks up the phone asked me 1 million questions about my personal information which would not be on file because I would have been a new client.
