I had a very difficult experience with Brown Fertility that I feel others should be aware of. A lot of hidden fees. Zero of doctor attention. I had to wait for a month after every cycle to actually talk to the doctor. And yes, the doctor was late for each of these appointments for over an hour. During my IVF cycle, there were critical points where doctor was not available, and no substitute physician was provided. Zero respect! Had an appointment at 11:00 waited for an hour and Dr. brown never showed up to appointment!
I unfortunately missed a call and The lady who picks up the phone asked me 1 million questions about my personal information which would not be on file because I would have been a new client.
Amazing clinic and great staff
Beware! I was seen here and told it would be “impossible” for me to get pregnant and that I needed IVF in September. They told me my tubes were blocked and I believed them, went through the motions and days before my next appointment found out I was pregnant. I have also referred many people here and it seems like they tell EVERYONE their tubes are blocked!
