After 8 years of trying to grow our family, we were hopeless. We thought having a second child wouldn’t be possible, especially as I was turning 40. Aside from Hannah Hart there is not a single competent person in the entire office. No one ever answers the phone either, no call backs, or they’ll answer and hang up with you. It started off about 2.5 years ago they had me do the genetic testing, then send the labs to a provider outside of my network. I get billed for $1500, they don’t inform ahead of time the plan they are sending out to, is out of my network. Dr Brown and his coordinator Chelsea were incredible throughout my journey!! I highly recommend them to anyone trying to conceive! Great communication and bedside manner! They answer any and all questions that you may have! I’m expecting my baby girl in January!!
This has to be the first organization ever. Don’t make appointments on time, require you to make down payments ahead of knowing what procedures, unorganized. Unprofessional. And for them to be dealing with delicate procedures terrible
Horrendous experience with Dr Brown. Constantly waiting 40 minutes for appointments, it’s clear they only see you as a number. Avoid, for sure.
