AVOID THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE! Bad communication, expectation setting, and work order management. I brought my snowblower here since they were a Cub Cadet local dealer. I never once received a call about updates - I had to call in every week for 8 weeks to find out that they weren't working on it and hadn't ordered parts. Don’t ever let their incompetent mechanics touch your equipment…. so far I’m out eight grand …..had to replace the ATV completely. I gather winterizing equipment means draining all fluids and not replacing them. The fact that I had to pay for this incompetence and Browns has made no attempt to make good on their Incompetence, should tell you something
