Called on Friday left a vm no call back. Called again on Monday, left a vm no call back, called again on Tuesday left a vm no call back.
Craig Brown and his crew wired my house when it was built, then wired my addition and my basement when finished. They were very responsive, helpful, professional and courteous. Brown Electric is the only company I will use.
Craig called and pushed appt back from 8 to 10, no big deal. 11 rolls around after have been waiting since 9:45 after 6 calls and 2 voicemails I finally call a different company to come out. Never using brown electric
Showed up, went over things...and never reached back out! Like most people have said about this electrician, he is interested in making money off you, but has ZERO interest in getting back to you to do the job. 2022, contractors MUST have professionalism. Don't use this guy, use some other electrician folks.
They never did return my request for service. So they may not even be in business.
