This is one of our favorite stores! Every time we go in, someone is there to greet us and let us know about all of their great deals! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They also have great events! We love getting our toys and treats here. Highly recommend!
Absolutely love Brown Dog Bakery!!!! My neighbors recommended Brown Dog and I fell in live the first time I was there. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and you can feel their passion and love for all fur babies. Recently my cats were having digestion and hairball issues and after talking to Keely, I switched their food to the Farmina N&D Quinoa line. We just celebrated our Cavalier King Charles’s birthday she just turned 12. Brown dog bakery helped me with getting her a birthday cake to celebrate her birthday. Little did I know that Brown dog bakery also had ice cream for dogs to go along with the cake. Her birthday party was a hit she loved the cake and ice cream. Thank you very much For helping us celebrate this special day for Izzy.
Went there yesterday and they had wonderful treat for our pups and for us humans ! They also had great sales last night!
We love Brown Dog Bakery! Everybody is always so nice and helpful. Today she even offered to carry my big bag of cat food to the car, and knowing that I’m pregnant they even offered to deliver the food and dog treats next time! They remember me personally, and remember my animals. Best customer service around! We just moved to West Des Moines but will still come back to Ankeny to support this business!
