Terrible service from the moment we walked in the door. Did not have a reservation and the FOUR hostess could not tell me if the wait would be 10 minutes or an hour. We ended up waiting only a couple minutes which was great but they seemed to not have a clue as to what was going on. Service was terrible. Asked multiple times for water, bread, butter etc. bread was finally delivered at the end of the meal. Steaks were cold and tasteless. I would not recommend this place at all.
Frequent to Bagley red, been to Canton and Medina. Food good, service is horrible at all three locations. Seems there isn’t any supervision over wait staff. They rather stand around and gossip then tend to customers. We gave them numerous opportunities. Will be going to Texas Roadhouse or Outback
Food just warm. Top sirloin tasteless. Very disappointed. Sweet potato was very good.
There's nothing to say. The name speaks for itself. You want excellent food with an excellent atmosphere you must come here and try this joint out. if you live and love salad you'll want to try their bowl of leaves. it's an endless bowl that you can enjoy over and over.
Very good! Definitely would come back again!
