I was at the middleburg heights location with family and friends Friday night 1-10-14 and the service was HORRIBLE! My friends wife wanted prime rib....OUT Your a steak house how do you run out.....maybe if we would have gotten taken care of in a reasonable amount of instead of a 45 minutes after we sat down she could of gotten it.......took 20 minutes to get our drinks.....very dissatisfied with the service we won't be back again
