Grea place. Owner is very nice. Now is it possible to say that i had bad good experience here. Long storg short ha. Steak was undercooked. Witch didnt really mind until i felt like i ran up to an animal and took a bit lol. I told the lady she fixed the problem with no problems. I swear the owner or manager whatever wasso darn nice i thought he was family lol. My husband and I just had the best steak dinners we've had in more than 20 years. Not only were the steaks perfect, but the rolls and salad were superb. Going forward, We have decided to make the two hour drive north to Cleveland as frequently as we can. The service was fantastic, too.
Seems like they are letting things go a bit. Bread basket falling apart and quality not the same as it was. Salad that I love had more core the actual lettuce. I had a whole salad plate of core lettuce on table.
Went in Valentine's Day, they were out of the porterhouse, ended up going ribeye which I ordered medium rare, the steak literally came out less than rare, and they took my same steak I had cut open and cooked it again! Came back and was overlooked and dry. Nothing was offered as compensation, no discount no drink no nothing, talk about a way not to take care of customers. Will not recommend and not be back!
