Took my car in for a simple seasonal tire and rim combo swap from my summer set to winter set. They completely wrecked my rims chipping the black paint off in many spots off and denting the rims themselves from getting put on the rack carelessly. I gave them the opportunity to do the right thing and own up to their mistake but they claimed ignorance and aren't responsible. He never inspected the rims prior to taking them off. Poor quality local business. $30 is turning into $530 to get them back where they were out of my own... read more
