Very poor customer service ! Bought a vehicle from Mike Espinoza in sales. Several attempts to purchase another vehicle and never got back to me. I guess he was not interested in selling another vehicle. I did get several text messages from him, but it must have been a bulk text the dealership send out because he never responded.

Today went to brown dodge in Devine tx to get my wife’s and I vehicle tpms sensor looked at due to it not reading the pressure on the cluster waited about 15mins the service manger came back and told us it’s reading on their machine but not sending the signal on the car so I said can y’all fix it, then he replies we can’t today you have drop the car off for the whole day so they can diagnose it I’m not Mechanic but I know how to work on cars and it does not take the whole day to fix a tpms sensor it’s only a 20min or less jo... read more
