My salesperson Emily didn't seem to be on her game. I made a big purchase and she didn't seem very appreciative of my business. She did a lot of running around without telling me what she was doing. I've been trying to purchase stock #d19544a a 2022 Chevrolet 2500hd now for almost 3 weeks. Story is the owners son has been driving it and hasn't brought it back and apparently everyone is scared to call him and ask him about it. It has been online the entire time and the website showing available. They even dropped the price when it hasn't been available. Maybe they are just trying to get the phone to ring seems deceptive to me. Terrible first time experience with this dealership.
The service department here doesn’t take accountability for their mistakes. Took our truck in to get a routine oil change and somehow the transmission fluid was emptied out! The truck was driven to El Paso Texas and started messing up. When taken to the dealership in El Paso they found there was no transmission fluid but before the oil change done at Brown Dodge everything was working fine and running smoothly so it was due to their mistake by emptying the wrong thing.
