Service department is extremely difficult to deal with and I have moved my business to Mac Haik.
Becky was great with the AC lines. She made sure the details were clear, kept the process simple, and handled everything with a professional attitude. I appreciated how easy she was to communicate with and how smoothly everything came together. Becky made the whole experience feel fair, clear, and well taken care of.
I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from or having your vehicle serviced at this dealership. I dropped my Jeep off on Wednesday night with the understanding that it would be looked at on Thursday. I was out of town and expected the repair process to begin as promised. When I returned on Monday to pick up my vehicle, I spoke with the service manager and was told that absolutely nothing had been done to my Jeep and that they were just going to try to get it into the shop that day.
