I currently purchase a vehicle from Brown Dodge, The new guy Sergio, didn’t seem to know what he doing, it seems like all he wanted was just to make a sale, but either way we still made a decision to purchase this vehicle. I guess service dept can't do their job always a negative reply or just a complaint after complaint from service dept staff. Just do your job and get the job done I don't need to hear any complaints you have about waiting on the phone. Is there anyone, that works their that knows what they are doing.

The service department here doesn’t take accountability for their mistakes. Took our truck in to get a routine oil change and somehow the transmission fluid was emptied out! The truck was driven to El Paso Texas and started messing up. When taken to the dealership in El Paso they found there was no transmission fluid but before the oil change done at Brown Dodge everything was working fine and running smoothly so it was due to their mistake by emptying the wrong thing.
