Stratford office has rudest people working at the front desk. So rude that the person actually hung up on me and then put the answering service on at 11:35am when they are supposed to be open until 11:45am. Unfortunately, as much as I liked Dr Brown, who did my back surgery, I cannot see him because of the unprofessional people he as working in the Stratford office. I’m sure there are other orthopedic drs that will be happy and professional enough to see new patients. Sorry I would advise not to even bother with this office ... read more
SOOOOO unprofessional! Rude!
Bad service desk. Explained that Anthem has cards on website that can be printed and I was told to go print it. Meanwhile I'm going to see specialist for spinal stenosis
