Had my mom's 2013 kia soul towed to brown-double kia recently because it wouldn't start. Her car ended up being there for 2 weeks. It took a week for starter and recall work to be done, then another week because another part had to be ordered. This place is extremely disorganized and difficult to get a straight answer out of the service advisor that is if you even get to speak to one. Didn't purchase anything. Had an oil change and update. Nice staff.
After years of taking our Nissan here, we have decided to sacrifice the free oil changes for honest work at another local garage. Communication here is abysmal. We were told 3 hours after dropping our car off for an inspection that they could not complete it due to the “internet being down” from the IT outage a week or so prior. No one made an attempt to reschedule us or even explain the results of what they were able to inspect on our vehicle. After numerous negative experiences, this was the last straw.
If i could give Zero stars i would!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR REPUTATION WHAT SO EVER!! This is not our first instance with them but certainly our last we are fed up!!! Went to get oil change done in June (we get free oil changes as part of our contract when we bought the vehicle from them and have been taking it to them for years.) Called me before doing extra work. I waited the last minute to get my car inspected. They fit me in and always wash my car after fixing the car.. even have car service picked me up at work and took me to pick-up my car. Friendly service.
